Got my order, but it wasn’t totally right. One of the items wasn’t what I picked, and the quantity seemed off too. Support did reply, but they didn’t really sort it out quickly. Not the worst experience ever, lol, but I def expected the order to be more accurate...

I bought this thinking it would last me a while, especially since I was using it for my usual day-to-day stuff, but it started wearing out quickly. My old one held up much better, so this was disappointing. Not really what I expected.

I tried one of their products and felt terrible afterward, headache, nausea, the whole night was rough. Maybe it just didn’t agree with me, but am I missing something here? I reached out to support and they were slow to respond, which didn’t help. Definitely not planning to order again.

The whole return process was just frustrating. It wasn’t clear what I was supposed to do, and then my refund took way longer than it should have. I had to keep following up for updates, and even then, the replies were slow. At that point, it just felt annoying and not really worth the trouble. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I don’t know if they changed the formula or what, but this used to feel a lot better on my skin. Now it feels sticky and kind of gross after applying, and I just couldn’t get past the texture. Not really for me anymore.

I ordered from Real Chemistry the shipping was way slower than I expected?! I kept thinking it would show up any day, but it just dragged on. The tracking barely updated too, so I was basically left guessing the whole time. The item did finally arrive, but the wait was frustrating. Not the best experience for me.

My order showed up packed well nothing was leaking or smashed. The box did have a small dent though so I’m giving it 4 stars.

I tried using myrealchemistry.com on my phone, it was more of a hassle than I expected. The pages loaded fine for the most part, but actually finding what I needed took way too much clicking around.

A few buttons weren’t very obvious, and the layout felt kind of cluttered on a smaller screen. I kept having to go back, scroll around, and double-check things that should’ve been easy to find.

It technically works, but it doesn’t feel smooth or convenient. I’d probably only use it again if I really had no other option, because it felt like more effort than it needed to be.

Uh, I was a little worried it might irritate my skin, but it was totally fine. No weird rash or anything, and my skin handled it well.

Umm, I started noticing my skin looking clearer after a few weeks of using it. The shipping was a little slow though, but overall I’m happy with the results.

Yeah, this little stink bomb was not for me. The smell was way too strong and just kind of weird, so I couldn’t really get past it.

I just don’t really trust it. I tried to give it a chance, but it felt like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously, which made the whole experience feel uncomfortable

I had to wait a while for replies and when they did get back to me, it didn’t really help much. Felt like I was just going in circles.

For what I paid, this was literally worth it. Nothing fancy, but it does the job and I’m happy with the purchase.
